Verification

Required:

Send a photo of your driver's license to RubieMariposa@gmail.com.

It must show your photo, DOB, and city and state. The rest may be blurred.

Pick ONE of the following:

  • Provider References:

        - Name

        - Website

        - Twitter account

        - When you last saw the provider

Please respectfully inform the provider ahead of time that you are using them as a reference.

  • Board Member With "Okays", "White-list", or "Vouches":

Send your profile information from a reputable review board such as TNA, PD, or P411.

​

  • Employment / Work Verification:

Send the link to your company website profile.
